Our story began in the footwear business~ we grew up in the shoe world from selling shoes in the stores, designing shoes, buying for large retail chains to developing and launching new brands! We are a women led company & have sole right in our name!
Linh Jang
Linh was born in South Vietnam and made the journey to Canada with her family when she was a few months old. Linh was raised in Vancouver, BC where she studied Arts and Fashion Marketing, she is still a “west coast girl” at heart. She has called Toronto home for nearly 20 years. Her love for fashion and creativity led her to pursue a career in Footwear. Linh has an extensive background in the retail industry with over 20 years experience in senior buying roles, for large organizations including Town Shoes, Sporting Life, Holt Renfrew, Sears and more. Linh’s select accomplishments include launching Sneaker Boutiques at Sporting Life, product development for Kate & Mel, Barbie by Town Shoes, Jessica, Nevada and Altitude. She is an avid traveler and finds inspiration through her love for architecture and nature.
Emily Peluso Lopes
Emily was born in Toronto, Canada but was influenced by a cultural mosaic that spawned a passion for design as a means of creative expression; this, in conjunction with her love of traveling has taken her across the globe, and has led to the materialization of her aspiration to work in the design, wholesale/ retail industries. She studied Footwear and Handbag Design/ Patternmaking at Ars Arpel Design School, located in Milan, Italy. She also has a diploma in Business Management and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. With nearly 20 years of experience in Sales & Design/ Production in both the footwear and home decor industries, she has vast experience of working with many brands, retailers and private label production including: Canada Goose, Birkenstock, Thesus Outdoors, Woolrich, Beautyrest, Missoni Home, Assouline, Versace Home, Fendi Casa and Dolce & Gabbana Home
